Thoughts from visiting a hackerspace

> I think getting back in touch with hacker sites could help us a lot.

We are, as of recently, now connected to all of the spaces on hackerspaces.org through their Matrix server, which also includes many IRC chat rooms. Join us there at #noisebridge:matrix.org

See the massive index of IRC and Matrix chats at #allspaces.hackspaces.org

The index is often sorted by country. See overview of #usa:hackspaces.org sub-index

- Note these chats and indexes are only accessible through open tools such as IRC and Matrix.

- mailing lists and wikis are common.

- A very large number of hackerspaces can also be found on XMPP / Jabber, which we are not active on.

You will notice the impact we’ve had internationally as our wiki, and this forum, are commonly linked example resources for other spaces .
