Quadranet has contacted Shannon Lee who in turn is asking me to confirm that we are turning off the Noisetor servers.

Is this true?

Yes. The current plan is: turn off both of our Quadranet exit nodes, figure out how much money Noisetor has, and if that value is significantly > $0, spin up a new exit node an a non-US location.

I talked to Shannon earlier, and as a result, the emergency contact information listed for Noisetor at Quadranet is now my own .
