Back online. It was a VPS outage. Where do we monitor status of such infrastructure?

Steve set up something called Checkup Status Checker Bot in slack (see unicorn channel) . It detected the outage for parts, maybe it can be set up for Discuss too.

Hi David,

https://status.noisebridge.info already lists Discuss first thing as it is the Discourse forum.

Parts.noisebridge.net has a totally different monitoring system, set up by the peeps on #guilds:rack which I believe is Grafana. I did write this with the hope that one of them would respond.

Edit: grafana.noisebridge.net is a thing, but I see it only listing Earl for door access.

I do see the outage for parts.noisebridge.info in status.noisebridge.info way at the bottom, but you’re looking for something that can help diagnose further as to why it happened?
