Pros: Currently up to code. Should be PDR zoned. Near 24th and Mission. Nice windows. Top 2 floors and a basement. Possibly 7000+ sq/ft

Cons: No elevator though large stairs. Could we consider a chair lift?

Price: ~$10K/month

To consider: This would be taking over a lease that should be $20k but the company is motivated. Perhaps a sign of the economic times. If we wait a bit, what other offers could show up?
