Elevator Inspection Report

I arrived at the space last night and saw The City had tagged-out our elevator and suspended our license, making it illegal to operate.

Does anyone know where they left the inspection report? Because it lists all the things we need to fix to get our license back, and I’d like to start fixing them.

Hi Carl,

I have it from the landlord. The inspector only cited the glass window, even though the door lock / roller cam mechanism is broken which is the real reason the elevator is unsafe and people have gotten stuck inside. The notice states that the repair has to be done by a licensed elevator repair company.
