This is a word used by Noisebridge members to mean one of the following:

"I would like thing or service to exist at Noisebridge but I can't be arsed to learn how to do it, or do it myself" "thing or service exists elsewhere, and I would like others to donate materials and time to do it, that I don't have" "The world would be better with concept, thing, or service. However, it's illegal everywhere but a small Pacific Island."
