LightBurn, beta access for Noisebridge for lasercutter software and firmware

Professional grade lasercutter software developed as a drop-in replacement for RD Works. Was announced previously, but makes sense to try now that we are missing our former Windows box. Can be installed on Windows, Linux and MacOS. Links follow related to the software, which should support our lasercutter software and offers workarounds for the firmware controller. @David / brocolli & @James have access to the setup files. If we have any bug reports Lightburn would greatly appreciate them.

Also, @james has backups of all of our previous Laser Cutter files from 2169, which were saved to Nextcloud as explained on the wiki at Laser Manual/Workflows - Noisebridge
