Goals
- Produce reports monthly -- to provide confidence to members and make effective decisions for the space
- Provide feedback on revenue building tactics -- classes, increased membership, high visibility projects, hosting community events
Mission informing these goals
- Noisebridge's mission: provide a space for education and creative use of technology, provide a meeting point & catalyst for action for people interested
- Treasurer's mission: ensure financial stability of the organization to carry forward the mission for years to come, ensure continued excellent use of the space for education, creative use of technology, and community building and activation events.
