SVG Files

I'm trying to cut a eurorack panel with the other mill. The shape is a a rectangle with four holes, one each corner. I made a few SVG files and none of them seems to produce what I'm looking for in the Bantam Tools software. I either get the outline of the panel without holes, or I get the outline of the holes leaving a solid where the hole should be. What am I doing wrong?

I'm using Sketch to produce an SVG.
