Noisebridge has a bunch of Macmini computers. They are circa 2010 and originated as a donation from the Mozilla foundation after they were retired from a data center. The total lot which arrived at Noisebridge is 21 units.

To run Linux on them, simply install Linux. On Debian, the wifi firmware is non-free.
