We had increase spending on maintenance & investment this month
- $900 on a serger sewing machine -- from $4k allocation passed for sewing
- $200 on some LED lights (flourescent form factor) & electrical conduit & outlets

Outcomes & missed opportunities
- We hosted a party for hackers from across the nation, or across the world -- close to revenue neutral
- We missed the opportunity to sell swag, or to engage in large projects with curious, connected, excited people who flew all the way to SF to meet other hackers & see their projects
