Draft wiki ideas

Since this gets included in other pages it could be cool to have a template argument that changes the label up front,

• On SecWG the prefix would be "Maintainers:"

• but on a global Maintainers page, the prefix could be "SecWG:", which should link to that page, instead of here? idk

([SecWG] [Maintainers]:) - [... names ...] - as the format, with both links in prefix.
