someone clearly tried to 'patch' these before, but this is what i was mumbling about at the building. pulling up little areas and re-sealing properly for a flat roof is a little trickier (than a sloped residential roof).
the windows/skylights seem pretty well sealed. the rearward area has venting in the skylights, but the front area does not (hence the stiffling-ness). the skylights do not open.
the elevetaor 'service' hut is above the elevator on the roof. it was locked so it was hard to tell if there would be leakage there. there's a little cracking on the inside, but it looked superficial.
