Asterisk has a Wildcard TDM410 with a 4 POTS lines.
Need root on pegasus to control Asterisk stop/restart. Possibly only need asterisk group membership to edit configuration files.

Looks like channel DAHDI/1 is attached to the origination POTS line from the telco.
