Last night (January 27, 2014) before the open house I reset the circuit breaker for the florescent lights near the kitchen. The circurit breaker is item "3b" in the panel at the top of the stairs. Within ~3 weeks, this is the third time the breaker was reset that I know of. The first time Monad helped me find the location.
