Just Saying Hello!
My name is Alex and I'm getting into heavier Diy modular synth work. Kinda a noob, but organized enough to hack through a decent PCB. A good friend of mine pointed me in the direction of this community, and from what I've read so far I'm really into it.
I have a quick question in the direction of the electronics department, I was wondering if u guys have Oscilloscope and workshops on how to use them. I recently built a blacet mini wave and all i need to do is calibrate it. I've read stuff online about calibrating it and read the manual in regards to it, but alas i'm still a monkey scratching his head about it. I noticed u guys have an audio hackers thing on Mondays around 7, would this be something worth bringing by?
Anyway, I hope this is the right avenue for this question, and I hope to meet some of u really cool people soon (let just say i saw how cool u guys were after i saw the bill and ted reference in the movie night area!)
Thanks for your time guys
I also make music, so if u want to hear my failed attempts at being tomita take a listen: [ http://www.pu22l3.com]
EDIT: Dug around some more and answered my own question. If i dont have rehearsal on Monday, I want to make it out and say hello.
