>== HSMM == HSMM (High-Speed MultiMedia) was a 2001 ARRL technical working group tasked with investigating methods of operation to bring higher-speed digital communications to Amateur Radio.

It formed some recommendations on how to modify consumer, off-the-shelf WiFi equipment for operation in amateur radio spectrum and in accordance with FCC rules Part 97 (governing amateur radio operation).

It eventually disbanded in 2006.
