Greg here. I had locker 21 assigned, at a time when I couldn't go to the space, I pulled the lock off. someone else put a lock on #21 without going thru the locker supervisor(Al), I believe he was a meth tweaker who isn't around NB any more and has abandoned the locker. Now that NB is approaching run level 3, I'm stating that info so that if there is a lock picking / and cutting event, 21 is a target Also, I'd be interested in getting a locker again. but not so very necessary.
