If all you wanted to do with your Arduino was flash the LEDs, the above
code is fine. But if you need to do some other computations, such as at
the end of your function loop(), you would not want to put your cpu
in massive "wait" states with those delay() calls. Instead, you can "unroll"
the ''for'' loop and use something like:
