			* All speakers need to be locked in with their materials during sound check to test everything works and seated front row in reserved speaker seats on time before talks start.

We can actualize a lot of the ideas for NB18 ahead of time by making a repeatable formula for regular quarterly seasonal open house parties a thing.

* Seasonal open houses makes the anniversary party just the biggest one of the year and get better at rather than something we do last second.
