- Augur: philanthropist is someone who wants to become more involved in Noisebridge; recurring donation ($80 usually), closing space responsibilities, have to judge if someone's 30 day access should be renewed, get 24-hour access as long as you're excellent; Members can instantly de-philanthropize someone

* Lizzie describes consensus, blocking, membership, access token giving, allow new applications for philanthropy and membership
* Lizzie: I like this space and want to step up my responsibility and engagement as we make decisions about the future of Noisebridge.

Replace the word "member" in the last line with "community participant". The line changes from this:

"People violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the space or the event at the discretion of any Noisebridge member."

to this:

"People violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the space or the event at the discretion of any Noisebridge community participant."

The purpose of this change is to bring the wording of the consensus proposal in line with the original intent of the proposal, from when the notion of "member" was different, and in line with current practice.
