I'd like to play a bit with "strength" of the beverage trying to decrease the level of intensity of the flavor of the sugar based ingredient (honey and sugar) and produce light sparkling beverage. The goal is to let this brew ferment for 4-5 days at 20-25°C, harvest it, bottle it and let it secondary ferment for 1-2 days and after that let it mature at 4-8°C for 1-2 weeks. I hope to get a bit more gear so we can do the brew in glass containers with complete nice and cozy bought airlock system. <br />

I suggest to leave for Japan after the first wave of professional disaster relies workers left which means around 3-6 weeks since now (leaving at the end of April, beginning of May). I want to report on the events on an everyday basis (when possible). I also want to learn how the Japanese organize their disaster response work because they are probably the best in the world at it. At the same time, I want to create/improve an alternative disaster response concept. Navrhuji do Japonska odletět poté, co odjedou profesionálové v poli ostraňování katastrof, což znamená v rámci tří až šesti týdnů, tedy konec dubna, začátek května. O mých aktivitách v Japonsku chci každý den podávat zprávy, pokud to bude jen trochu možné. Chci se v praxi naučit, jak Japonci organizují záchranné činnosti, protože jsou v tom zřejmě nejlepší na světě. Současně ale chci začít vytvářet systém alternativní ke konvenčnímu přístupu záchraných prací, hlavně při budování nových struktur. Budu se zaměřovat tak jako dosud na aplikaci fermentaci pro přípravu jídel a nápojů a výstavbu multimediálních center.
